Where can I buy an effective waist cincher?

I’d like one that actually cinches my waist and is not for decoration. I also want it to specifically target my waist. Not a miracle slimmer kind of thing.

I think I know what you are talking about. Someone I know got one at Dick’s Sporting Goods, but I don’t remember the name of the product. It would likely be in the workout/gym area of Dick’s Sporting Goods, where they have all the machines and stuff.
