I do 30 minutes a day, everyday combine with running 30 minutes.
It works. Damn…my abs are sore and I see the toning already.

Does anyone know how to lose the fat between the end of waist line and the hip start line?
I also want to slim down my waist to 23. Now my waist is 25.

Do it on a softer surface and make sure your chin is tucked towards your chest (look at your navel) and pull your navel back towards your spine at all times to activate the abs!

Do this routine every other day for best results and watch you nutrition. Don’t eat too many starchy carbs. If you can chew it, it’s a good carb (fiber), if it melts in your mouth it’s a bad carb (no fiber).
